Do you provide a subscription service for repairs and general troubleshooting?

Yes, we do! For $50 a month, or an annual subscription of $450 (a great deal!), we will be your personal help desk! Simply send an email to [[info@panratech.net]] to inquire about our subscription services!

Can I book for any time, any day?

Our availability for contact or more information is Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM and Saturday, 10 AM - 3 PM. Sunday, we are closed for inquiries. However, appointments can be scheduled during the following times: Thursdays from 5 PM to 9 PM, Fridays from 5 PM to 10 PM, Saturdays from 8 AM to 10 PM, and Sundays from 12 PM to 5 PM. If you are interested in a weekday session, please schedule at least 2-3 weeks in advance and email us directly at [[info@panaratech.net]].

Do you hold group sessions?

How to put my phone on silent?

I have too many notifications, how do I get rid of them?
